Homes for Sale in San Tan Valley (Queen Creek)

The community just north of the San Tan Mountains in Pinal County was an incorporated community and the community lacked any official name and residents used nearby Queen Creek for their mailing addresses. With a zip code change with the US Postal service, the area by way of residential votes opted to give the area it's own name. In July of 2009, the voters chose, San Tan Valley.  The population is one of Pinal counties largest communities with an approximate population of 80,000 residents.
